Thank you for your interest in the draft Environmental Scoping Report for the proposed Arandis Power Generation and Waste Oil Recycling Plants and the Navachab Gold Mine Expansion. Public participation is a key component of the Environmental and Social Impact Assessment process.
We would welcome any comments on the draft Navachab report before the 3rd May 2012 and by 16th May for the Arandis Power Plant after which we will finalise the reports, detailing all your comments, and submit it to the Environmental Commissioner at the Ministry of Environment and Tourism.
